Andrew is a successful HR professional with highly developed commercial skills. With a career in HR and general management of over 30 years, Andrew has worked across a wide range of sectors as a director (both executive and non-executive) and as a consultant.

His corporate career spanned HR roles in international financial services, specialist manufacturing, FMCG, software development and civil aviation as HR Director of Flybe, the UK scheduled airline.

Having established Resource 4 HR Solutions in 2001 Andrew has provided HR services to a range of clients, large and small, in the public, private and not for profit sectors. In addition to working with his own clients he also works with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) as an Associate Trainer/Consultant.

He works across all areas of people management and HR and examples of his work can be seen in recent projects.

In particular, he has extensive experience of, and specialises in, conducting independent investigations and disciplinary hearings/appeals in high profile, complex and sensitive circumstances involving such matters as bullying, sexual harassment, race and sex discrimination, professional malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty.
